They came the day after we called and explained our issue, arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, and we have had no issues with the door since. It runs great now - no more standing there waiting to see if it would close. 100% recommend.

    My neighbor was so pleased with their work that he recommended I call Countrymen. A family business. They showed up at the appointed time. The clearly explained what they could to fix my door opener and after discussing the pros and cons I decided on a new medium priced opener. They were able to install it that day. I was very fortunate. I was charged the quoted price for the medium grade and they had installed the premium Lift Master as it was all they could get on that day. They are honest, stand by their word and I would recommend them with a five star rating.

    Local family business that are great. Called that morning and left a message. Called me back quickly and set a time to arrive, and John was right on time! He was friendly, you could tell trustworthy, and went right to work. Did what I try to train employees I work with to do when he suggested a spring upgrade while he was here working on the cables. It only made good sense to do it now! A little extra for John but a lot less concern that the springs would go bad another day for us. Came same day, replaced spring, fixed cable and door works better than ever for a couple hundred bucks. I thought very reasonable and excellent service.

    I had a very good experience with this company. John the owner came out on a Saturday to look at an old unit that was broke. We ended up having to get a new opener. We scheduled for Monday. He showed up on time and did an excellent job.
